By using frostcrest.buzz you agree to these terms for browsing and booking requests with Frostcrest Ink.

Descriptions of work are illustrative; final pieces follow the written confirmation we send after your request.

Custom lettering started after sample approval cannot be cancelled once stock is cut; suites may be postponed once if ink has not yet touched the final sheets.

Studio visits require a confirmed appointment. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled.

Ink smudges or missing cards found within five days of delivery are rewritten at no fee; water damage after the suite leaves the desk is not remade for free.
